Return Policy for Art Supplies

📦 Right of Withdrawal (Online Purchases Only)

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return most items for any reason, as required by EU law (Article 16, Directive 2011/83/EU).

✅ Eligible Returns

• Unopened/unused paints and tools in original packaging.
• Defective/damaged items (covered separately under warranty).

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Opened paint tubes/bottles (safety/hygiene reasons).
• Custom-made/personalized items (e.g., commissioned artworks).
• Perishable or hazardous materials (e.g., oil paint solvents).

🔄 Return Process

1. Notify us within 14 days via email ([your email]).
2. Ship items back within 14 days of notification.
3. Refund issued within 14 days of receipt.

⚠️ Important Conditions

• Customer pays return shipping (unless item is defective).
• Original proof of purchase required.
• No refunds after 14 days (except for warranty claims).

⚖️ Legal Warranty (Mandatory)

Options: Repair, replace, or refund.

2-year warranty (3 in Catalonia) for defective items.
